Property Management

As part of our property management service we will:

• Collect the monthly rent and transfer the money directly into your bank account
• Email or post a monthly statement of account
• Regularly visit the property and inform you of any issues
• Deal with any maintenance issues. So if your tenant experiences a problem, we’ll let you know so you can tell us how you’d like to deal with it. We can obtain quotes on your behalf for the works and oversee the whole process
• Arrange your annual gas safety record and report back on any issues
• Register the security deposit on your behalf with the Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme
• Liaise with all utilities at the start and end of the tenancy including gas, electricity, water and council tax
• Advise you when it’s time for the tenancy renewal and make sure the process is as smooth as possible
• Produce all the financial information in association with your property that’s necessary for your tax return
